All of our custom packages start with our day-of (one month out) package, and can include many of the services we offer in our full planning packages on an a la carte basis. We create professional, realistic budgets in excel with advice on where to cut and where to splurge.

 

VENDOR SELECTION & MANAGEMENT

We find the perfect vendors for you based on taste, budget, and personality…and then make sure that you get the right contract for your event. We negotiate with vendors to get the best deal possible, hash out the details, and review everything before it’s signed.

 

EVENT DESIGN

We love design! We create a custom, cohesive design concept and then carry it out in every aspect of your wedding, including help with all the fun little details that make your wedding truly special. We show you a one-of-a-kind inspiration board to show your vendors and guide the styling and decor for your event.

 

 

PERSONAL ASSISTANCE

We attend dress fittings, schedule spa appointments for the weekend of the wedding, and act as a trusted advisor for any special personal or family needs.

 

 

GUEST SERVICES

We negotiate hotel blocks, assist with assembling fabulous welcome bags, book transportation, and provide information on local activities and sights.

 

 

ORGANIZATION & PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Along with the creation of our famous timeline, including every tiny detail of your event, we organize your planning calendar, important documents, budget, task lists, and design photos.

 

 

EVENT INSTALLATION & PRODUCTION

We oversee your entire event from start to finish, keeping the event running smoothly and on time. We include as many site walk-throughs as necessary to make things perfect. We also create a color-coded ceremony schematic for you, which we use to assist you as we run your rehearsal.

       REHEARSAL DINNER PLANNING & DESIGN

We scout venues to fit your budget and style, then negotiate a contract with your venue of your choice. We design the entire event and select all related vendors.
