It begins with an in person or phone consultation to discuss all your wedding ideas, creation of your service contract, and location scouting trip. We orchestrate the complete creative vision including wedding design, hiring & management of all wedding vendors, creation of timelines and layouts, negotiation of contracts, management of the budget, and overall direction of the entire planning process.

Partial Package
Our Partial package offers design, styling and planning services. Our design process begins with a meeting to discuss your event, inspirations, dreams and wishes. After an onsite walk-through to talk in further depth about your event we create a design proposal including visual inspiration, a color board and layout and hand select and manage your complete design team including the florist, rentals, linens, invitation designer, lighting company and any other design related vendor. We offer advice throughout the planning process, create a detailed timeline and production schedule, lead a walkthrough with all vendors, assist in creation of your processional, coordinate your ceremony rehearsal, manage and cue vendors, direct all events, and complete set up and breakdown to ensure that you are able to relax and enjoy your family and friends.

This wedding planning service is for the bride who has the time and “know how” to plan her wedding but wants an experienced wedding planner to handle all the details on her special day.
Our Day of Coordination service is one of our most popular.
All of your planning won’t be in vain because we will ensure everything is as you’ve envisioned. This is the greatest benefit to hiring a wedding planner. Our wedding planning coordinator will manage the entire day, any questions from vendors will come to us and every detail will be seen. You will have the time needed to visit with all of your guests and dance the night away with friends and family.
